April 2015 - Hayward family - Thank you for a super week in your lovely cottage! Despite mixed weather we've had another fabulous week on Skye and hope to return one day.
April 2015 - Roham, Tara, Nilesh & Sharon - Thank you for a clean comfortable cottage. The best walks are on your doorstep! Conquered The Fairy Pools highly recommended. Coral Beach is a pretty little walk. Portree good for a potter. Our favourite walk is An Aird Peninsula. We liked spotting Seals, eating ice cream and the great weather.

May 2015 - Sarah & Neil - Leicestershire - We have stayed in numerous s/c accommodations over the years but this place is very special. A stunning location and a beautiful home it's been a real privilege to stay here. Thank you Dawn & Andrew for giving up their home to allow holiday makers an excellent cottage. We've had a truly fantastic holiday made all the better for a fantastic setting. We will definitely be returning!
May 2015 - Sheila & Iain - Dunbartonshire - What a lovely cottage to live in for a week! We've really appreciated every aspect of it. The setting, comfort, layout, garden, facilities, homely touches in the vases of wild flowers etc and general immaculate condition. What more could anyone want! Many thanks. May 2015 - Louise, Andy & Enzo (Spinone) - Essex - We're bowled over by Skye & it's beauty. Would highly recommend it & the cottage to family/friends. Loved the views from garden room, spent our time in there and didn't use the lounge! Can we recommend walk to Old Man of Storr & Quirang, but get there before 9am otherwise it's like the M25! Pies from Glenview near Staffin are awesome. Coral Beach - wow. Waterfall from Glenbrittle House is short walk and worth it. Thanks for loaning your cottage out. We've loved it & everything about Skye, including the wind & rain ( oh and some sun). Shame it's 13.5 hours from our house, otherwise we'd be back sooner.

July 2015 - Van deel family - The Netherlands - Wow! What an amazing place! The cottage, the views, the island. We love it. The unpredictable weather, rain, sun, clouds, light on the mountains, it really adds to the magic of this enchanted place! We were lucky enough to see a juvenile Sea Eagle from the cottage. Love to come back one day until then, don't tell anyone about this magical place. This is our little secret sscchh.........
July 2015 - Rob, Morag, Hamish, & Sam (woof) - Aberdeenshire - Amazing!! A beautiful home with beautiful views, the neighbours aren't too bad either haha. Skye is the most breathtaking place I have been and Kirsty's Cottage made it even better. Thank you for a wonderful comfy, home from home experience. Maybe back again one day with the Prosseco!!
July 2015 - Lisa, Matt, Cole & Skye - West Yorkshire - We wanted to bring our babies on holiday somewhere beautiful with dynamic scenery after spending time living with NZ before they came along. The holiday & cottage and scenery has truly delivered. We've loved staying here and you have been lovely hosts. we've had mixed weather but managed to visit Dinosaur Beach, Fairy Glen, Coral Beach, Neist Point, Armadale Hill, Fairy pools & Talisker Bay and our own local sandy beach! We've paddled, swam, seen Seals in the sea and a huge Rainbow too! We hope to return when the children can do more....
August 2015 - Jayne, Simon & Emma - Sheffield - Someone earlier wrote " a beautiful home" - Very apt as staying here feels like home. A fantastic cottage on a fantastic location on a beautiful island. We've really enjoyed our stay and seen some of Skye, but you could spend a week here and forget the car! A walk around the beach was superb at low tide and we were blessed with Seals basking on the rocks. The Mary welsh walks book was invaluable. We did 3 good walks Coral Beach, Fairy Pools circuit, Quiraing circuit all with breathtaking scenery. The Isles pub in Portree highly recommended. Thanks Dawn & Andrew we hope to return.
August 2015 - Nico, Sally, Toby & Jean - Northants/Shropshire - We had a great stay thanks. The cottage is so comfy, homely, & well equipped. We saw an Otter 7 times from the Sun room - amazing! Would love to come back again one day.

Fairy Glen & Old Man of Storr were thoroughly enjoyed by us all. We had a lovely meal at Columba 1400 in Staffin. We will be back to the cottage again and thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
