April 2009 Fildes - Cheshire - Really enjoyed cosy, comfortable cottage with all mod cons especially nights by the fire.Weather a bonus, great to sit on patio and enjoy the views. wow.

April 2009 Shuttleworths USA - Wonderful setting and accomodation. Website underestimates view & surroundings. Too much to do in a week, we'll be back.

May 2009 Alan & Debbie Pay- Oxon -Fantatic setting & cottage.Weather started sunny and just got better. Golden Eagles over the Cuillins, Dolphins at Loch Coruisk and seals from the kitchen window! Great holiday Can't wait for next time, hope your stay is as good as ours.

May 2009 Atkin family- Saddleworth -Lovely relaxing week, even with 2 young children, they were well entertained by the puppies and want to stay! Mixed weather great walks amongst Trotternish and Cuillin ridges. Will come back when the children can walk further!

May/June 2009 Ashtons- Stillington N of York -A lovely base for exploring thi special Isle. Ideal weather out and about every day. Must do's Misty Isle boat trip to Loch Coruisk, Eilean Donan Castle, Old Man Storr. Just explore the island fantastic scenery and atmosphere everywhere.

June 2009 Ruud & Marijan - Netherlands -We enjoyed ourselves very much here on our 1st visit to Skye. The weather was great so we had some lovely drives and long walks. The cottage is very lovely, great kitchen. Dawn & Andrew made us feel very welcome here. Thanks.

July 2009 Adriaan,Marijke, Isaac & Maarten - Netherlands -We enjoyed your comfortable cottage. Though very unstable the weather turned out quite well. The Cuillins are great, Golden Eagle spotted. Lovely boat trip to Loch Courisk, many seals. Too much to do in 1 week, so we will return Thank you.

August 2009 Housam family Boston Lincolnshire -A most fantastic, welcoming and beautiful holiday experience for us all. We took our dog everywhere with us how brilliant. Went strolling by the Loch and watched the seals. The cottage was our main focal point of the whole holiday and the open fire helped 2 sisters to get on better. It was a real home and not just a holiday cottage. Wonderful. See Kylerhea, Glenelg, Eilean Donan Castle, Ben Lee, Waternish, Trotternish .

August 2009 Farrells - Cheshire & Derbyshire&nbs-Really loved our cosy cottage, a lovely home for a fortnight. great local walks on the doorstep,spotted several Eagles. Dunvegan Castle great day out.St Marys Church (2churches walk) really interesting. You can't fail to enjoy your stay.

August 2009 Burton family - Australia & Glasgow -A lovely homely cottage - the warm fire on our arrival was just so fantastic. Thank you Dawn. Have had a great time despite the weather. Attempted 3 Munroes, missed final assault. Fishing every night, much to our sons delight a keen angler back home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Skye.

September 2009 Clare & Pete - Oldham -What a beautiful cottage with an amazing view. Saw seals from the window on the rocks sunbathing. The house has everything you could possibly want.We loved the open fire. Would definately reccomend a boat trip to Loch Coruisk. We also did the Sea Eagle boat trip out of Portree, saw 3 Sea Eagles. The weather was mixed including gale force winds! did walks to the Fairy Pools and hills by Sligichan always finishing with a pint in the Sligichan Hotel.We really don't want to leave and will be back.

September 2009 Simon & Caroline - Warwick -Had a great week. Weather was very kind to us. Cottage is really well equiped and the open fire was great in the evenings. Look out for the seals at low tide.Watch out for bites use repellant.

September 2009 Adam & Andy - London We were looking for isolation, relaxation driving rain and a roaring fire to come home to- Skye gave us all this. Don't change the cottage at all - it's perefect.
